Mission Defrostable is book #3 in the Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast series by Josh Funk. The fridge is on the fritz, causing everything in it to freeze. Help arrives in the form of Special Agent Asparagus from the F.B.I. (Fridge Bureau of Investigation) who mysteriously vanishes just as soon as she arrives. Leaving Lady Pancake and Sir French Toast no choice but to seek the help of an old foe; none other than Baron Von Waffle. Join them on their superspy mission to save the fridge.
I never could have imagined so much fun and laughter from playing with food! As always, Josh Funk brings the funny with his wonderful rhyming frosty tale from the fridge. He’s got a unique ability to have some meaningful character building content mixed in with the humor. In Mission Defrostable, we get to see the lengths someone would go because they feel left out. We learn about forging unlikely friendships, and forgiveness all in one story. Read this book because I think you will love it. Also read the first two books in the series 1) Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast and 2) The Case of the Stinky Stench.
